Set Up: Set up can begin from 17:30 – 20:30 on Tuesday 24th June and 08:00 – 10:00am on Wednesday 25th June. Exhibits will remain on display until 16:00 on Thursday 26th June. All exhibits must be removed by no later than 17:30 on 26th June 2025. Equipment and demo materials can be delivered and stored on site from 17:30 – 20:30pm on Monday 23rd  June. 2025.

Car Parking: Available by arrangement.

Floor plan: All exhibitors will be located in the Education Centre & Hall. The grey area represents the marquee for lunch and poster presentations.
