Set Up: Equipment and demo materials can be delivered and stored on site from 17:00 on Monday 24th  June. Set up can begin from 16:00 on Tuesday 25th June and 08:00 on Wednesday 26th June. Exhibits will remain on display until 16:00 on 27th June. All exhibits must be removed by no later than 18:00 on 27th June 2024.

Wifi: Available throughout. Extra fast internet speeds available by arrangement.

Car Parking: Available by arrangement.

Floor plan: All exhibitors will be located in the Education Centre & Hall. The grey area represents the marquee for lunch and poster presentations.

Cancellation Policy: For any cancellations or reduction of your chosen package on or before March 16, 2024, the exhibitor will pay 50% of the total package fee. For cancellation or reduction chosen package after March 16, 2024, the exhibitor will pay 100% of the total package fee.
