Set-up times:
Tuesday 23 June: 17:30 – 20:30
Wednesday 24 June: 08:00 – 10:00

Exhibition opening:
Exhibits will remain on display until 16:00 on Thursday 25 June.

Breakdown:
All exhibits must be fully removed by 17:30 on Thursday 25 June.

Deliveries:
Equipment and demonstration materials may be delivered and stored on site from
17:30 – 20:30 on Monday 22 June 2026 (check in with venue staff on arrival).

Facilities and Logistics

Wi-Fi: Available throughout the venue. High-speed connections can be arranged in advance if required.

Car parking: Limited parking is available by prior arrangement.

Floor plan: All exhibitors will be located in the Education Centre and Hall.
The adjoining grey-shaded area on the plan indicates the marquee used for
lunches and poster presentations.
